2023 Course Learning Objectives (CLOs)

At the end of the course students should be able to

1. CLO 1: discuss specific strategic  problems and opportunities within industry/sectors in order to find ways to improve global performance of specific service 
2. CLO 2a: make an international strategic management audit of an international organization 
   CLO 2b: investigate strengths, weaknesses and compare different types of international organizations in same industry
3. CLO 3: analyse entrepreneurial dimension of international management, technological innovation (AI) and societal issues to create new global/glocal business opportunities 
4. CLO 4: identify the different global leadership challenges faced by a company founder in terms of personal leadership skills as well as in terms of societal, multi-cultural dimension and people management
5. CLO 5: recognize the global business strategy, global leadership issues, global societal issues and be able to tackle the related challenges and how they could be solved
